TCL bringing China’s Bateer for sports clinic

To be held on July 3 at the SM Mall of Asia Music Hall, the sports clinic will be formally opened by Asian basketball icon Mengke Bateer, a former NBA player who is currently playing with the Xinjiang Flying Tigers of the Chinese Basketball Association. Young basketball enthusiasts from different schools around Metro Manila will be participating in the sports clinic, with a chance to showcase their talents in front of a world-class sporting icon.
The event is in line with TCL’s global reputation as a major supporter of various sports events like fun run, basketball, volleyball, golf and tennis. With its headquarters based in China, the TCL Global Group is also endorsed by NBA and Asian basketball superstar Yao Ming and the Chinese National Basketball Team. TCL is also an official partner of the 16th Asian Games in Guangzhou to be held in November this year.
The sports clinic is the start of a series of events that are linked to the Asian Games being hosted by TCL Sun Corp. During the event, new TCL products such as the LED 3D and the Internet TV, along with new technology (NaturaLIGHT engine 2) will be presented to the public by Bateer, who is an endorser of the product’s good quality and technology.
TCL Sun Corp., TCL Global Group’s affiliate in the Philippines, is following its mother company’s example by being an active supporter of local sports activities. With Bateer, TCL hopes to create more awareness about the TCL brand in the Philippines and its advocacy for promoting an exciting, well-rounded lifestyle.
