Agile to Start "Asian Games" Project Sales in Q3

Guangdong-based Agile Property Holdings (3383.HK) plans to start selling its "Asian Games Town" 1.06 million square-meter first-phase residential project in the third quarter of 2010, reports guandian.cn July 15. The project includes around 803,400 square meters of residential area and 65,800 square meters of commercial area, according to the report.

In December 2009, a consortium of real estate companies including Agile, Guangzhou R&F Properties (2777.HK) and Country Garden (2007.HK) successfully bid for the 2.64 million-square-meter land parcel surrounding the "Asian Games Town" project with an offer of RMB 25.5.
